Chef Ian Kittichai harnesses the primordial power of the flame for his Thai beach barbeque concept - Anaalā - on the sands of Natai Beach, at Iniala Beach House. Named after the Sanskrit word for fire, Anaalā offers a daily-changing “samrub” - a family-style sharing set menu. Chef showcases the distinct flavours of the South, North, Northeastern, and Central regions, that reflects the rich diversity of Thai cuisine. In addition to offering elevated Thai dishes from all four regions of Thailand, Anaalā showcases daily caught fish and premium meat freshly grilled on the barbeque.
