Kò Sà Wăn (meaning "Paradise Island" in Thai) is an exclusive pop-up by celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai, bringing the vibrant flavors of Thailand to The Cove at Atlantis.

Diners embark on a culinary journey elevated by Chef Kittichai’s masterful touch. From aromatic curries and fiery soups to indulgent Thai-inspired desserts, each dish is a celebration of tradition and innovation. Enjoy gastronomic storytelling at its finest, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Paradise Island.
