Chef Ian brings his culinary mastery to an unexpected stage joining the celebration of IKEA's iconic meatball 40th anniversary. For this special collaboration, he introduces two exclusive dishes: a refined Black Cod with White Wine Sauce, and a reimagined take on the legendary meatball, elevated with a luxurious black truffle sauce of his own creation.

Available April 1 through June 30, 2026 at IKEA Sukhumvit, Bangna and Bangyai.
