Cuisine Concept is an international F&B consulting and content firm based in Bangkok. We are looking for an organized, reliable Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly, from finance admin and deadlines to insurance, contracts, maintenance, and personal assistant support to management.
What you'll do:
• Manage petty cash, cash advances, bill payments, and monthly reports
• Prepare documents for our accounting firm and track monthly tax filing deadlines
• Prepare overtime records and update employee records
• Track and renew insurance policies, permits, licenses, and service contracts
• Schedule maintenance for the office, company properties, and vehicles
• Provide some personal assistant support to management, including online purchases and errands
• Manage LINE OA posts, the Shopee store, and company email inboxes
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in office administration
• Basic knowledge of Thai tax filing and accounting documents
• Good written and spoken Thai and English
• Highly organized and reliable with deadlines
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Discreet and trustworthy with finance and personnel matters
Nice to have: Social media or e-commerce experience, and experience working with accounting firms or government offices

Cuisine Concept is an international F&B consulting and content firm based in Bangkok. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital & Brand Executive with excellent English to lead our social media and brand content, keep our brands consistent, and coordinate collaborations, KOL projects, and media productions.
What you'll do:
• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and English copy across owned channels, matching each brand's tone of voice
• Review all content and marketing collateral for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
• Track performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage brand assets, including menus, website, Wikipedia page, and media rate card
• Coordinate brand collaborations, KOL projects, and TV/media productions featuring Chef Ian Kittichai
• Support brand concept development through market research and brand decks
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting skills; Thai proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, CMS and analytics tools
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or brand partners
• Strong organization, sharp eye for detail, and confidence with PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva
