15 of Thailand’s top professional chefs compete to join the ranks of Iron Chef Thailand in Kitchen Stadium. Chef Ian Kittichai leads the judges in issuing and rating the performance of the competitors. Challenges include a variety of ingredients and cuisines. The winner will join the permanent Iron Chefs on the chairman’s team. The competition can be seen on Sundays at 18:00 Bangkok time on Thai televison Channel 7 as well as on YouTube
